I received an update today from Candy Crush Saga which I downloaded, every since downloading the update the game wont load at all -'The 'King' screen comes up for a few seconds and then it takes me back to my phones home screen. I was on level 93 and very frustrated I can't carry on playing. January 2020. I already own my gold bars but when I try to use them, it will not contact the store, it just keeps spinning. I have already cleared cache, checked my version is up to date and even uninstalled (loosing all boosters on the device)and reinstalled. My gold bars are useless. I cannot buy extra moves either. Also sometimes clearing your games cache can help with issues, but this process can be different depending on the device you use. 😯. If all else fails you can try to uninstall and reinstall the game, BUT remember you will lose any sent lives from friends as well as saved up boosters when doing so. 😟.
